We strive to create incredible classes that are as good as they look online!

We don't like to mix class levels which keeps the quality of classes high. Starting with foundations and fun combinations so that you learn, build strength and enjoy your lesson every week. We aim to meet your highest class expectations and give you the very best pole classes in the area.

PARKING: 
Free Car Park, which is big but can get busy in the evenings due to the other activities going on. Lots of free parking on the road outside of the car park.
