MEMBERSHIPS
Purchasing a membership requires a commitment of minimum 3 months before you can cancel. You can not purchase a membership for 1 month to get the cheaper price and cancel straight away as we will remove the membership from your account.
A membership gives discounts on booking multiple classes for the committed direct debit. This is like a gym membership NOT a credit pack without repeat.

WHAT DO I NEED TO WEAR?
Wear what you feel comfortable in that does not restrict movement. Many students wear gym clothing that you can wear doing Yoga or Zumba. You do not need to wear shorts unless you are comfortable. Please remove any Jewellery as this may scratch the poles and damage your jewellery. The classes are barefoot so wear what you feel comfortable to arrive in and no... you don't need heels!

WHAT DO I BRING TO THE CLASS?
Bring water with you so that you have it to hand if you need it and bring a hand towel if you have one. Remember to bring Cash to pay for the class.

HOW MANY PEOPLE TO A POLE?
At Pole Rocks we put our students interests first and keep our teaching standards high. There will be a maximum of 2 to a pole. We do need you to book on to ensure we can maintain this standard.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS
If you are on medication or have a medical condition that effects you whilst participating in physical activity, please speak to your doctor before coming to the class. If you have an injury and feel you can participate, please let one of the instructors know and we may be able to help with a tailored plan that doesn't effect your injury or can help strengthen it.
If you have Asthma please bring your inhaler with you and let one of the instructors know where it is so that we can access it if we need to.

IF I BOOK ON AND MISS A CLASS WILL I BE ABLE TO CARRY IT OVER?
We operate on a cancellation policy whereby if you cancel within 24 hours of your booked lesson, you will be charged 100% of your lesson fee and effectively loosing that class.
Terms and conditions apply to All - PAYG, Private Lessons or 4 classes for 40 pounds offer from the moment you book on for your Pole Fitness lesson.

IS THERE ANY PARKING?
Yes! Parking is FREE at all Studios. The Car Parks are provided by the venue.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
We do not teach anybody under the age of 16. We currently have students of various ages. You are never too old to try pole.

DO YOU TAKE MEN IN YOUR CLASSES?
Yes, we do. Pole benefits both men and women and is a sport that should be enjoyed by all.
