Our second My Body Rocks Studio which we are very proud of! It is the LARGEST Pole studio in the country boasting 21 Poles across 3 Studios. Generous spacing in all studios plus a great reception space, therapy room and large changing area.
Fitness classes for all levels, Beginners to Elite.
Offering : Pole Fitness, Pole Choreography, SPINNY Pole, Flexibility, Pole Straps, Aerial Hoop.
We offer Classes, Private Lessons, Hen Parties, Birthday Parties, Children’s Parties and even Studio Hire for classes and Photographers.

We strive to create incredible classes that are as good as they look online!
We don't like to mix class levels which keeps the quality of classes high. Starting with foundations and fun combinations so that you learn, build strength and enjoy your lesson every week. We aim to meet your highest class expectations and give you the very best pole classes in the area.

DIRECTIONS:
1) at the roundabout by Kings College, DRIVE STRAIGHT OVER
into Park Barn Drive. DO NOT turn left on the roundabout to Kings College.
2) Turn LEFT straight after the children's park
into the car park. You will see our building on its own to the right with a green sign saying Kings Community Sports Hub.
3) Walk through the gate, turn left to the building entrance, through the double doors, and up the stairs... our colourful graffiti will guide you into the reception area and the studios are sign posted on the walls to help you find where you are going.

PARKING:
Free Car Park, which is big but can get busy in the evenings due to the other activities going on in the school grounds.
